La domanda principale è come si desidera applicare la terapia: seduti, in piedi o sdraiati. Inoltre, quanti pannelli si prevede di utilizzare: un pannello singolo, due pannelli o quattro pannelli. Consigliamo di leggere attentamente la descrizione di ogni supporto per verificarne l'uso consigliato e la capacità. Sebbene molti nostri clienti scelgano di utilizzare i supporti orizzontali in posizione verticale, questo non è l'uso previsto per questo tipo di supporto, quindi non possiamo garantirlo. Alcuni clienti hanno riscontrato che la base del supporto ostacola un'applicazione comoda, mentre altri non hanno avuto problemi. Poiché desideriamo sempre garantire la completa soddisfazione, dichiariamo semplicemente che l'uso previsto del supporto è in posizione orizzontale, mentre l'orientamento verticale è destinato allo stoccaggio. In definitiva, potete ovviamente utilizzare il supporto come preferite. Si prega inoltre di notare che praticamente tutti gli altri supporti orizzontali offerti da altri venditori sono una copia esatta del nostro design originale e funzionano esattamente come i nostri supporti. Se pubblicizzano il supporto come utilizzabile in posizione verticale, allora non funzionerà in modo diverso dal nostro e la risposta precedente si applicherà anche al loro supporto.
Al momento, l'unica opzione di supporto per una lampada della serie BIO sarebbe il supporto da pavimento mobile.
