Shipping Method:  All UK orders ship via DHL with final delivery via ParcelForce.  The time in transit to your destination depends on your proximity to our distribution facility.  Please make sure to check your DHL tracking results which will show the separate ParcelForce tracking link once transferred.

UK VAT/Duties:  The UK VAT of 20% will be due and payable upon delivery to the courier as a shipment from the EU is an import shipment to the UK.

EU/UK Returns – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the EU/UK may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of our products, items must be securely packaged for return to prevent damage in transit.  For this reason, the original packaging is must be used for the return or it will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all direct shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping. If items are returned with damage or diminished condition beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and function, a proportionate reduction in refund may be applied.

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected, less applicable shipping costs incurred.
