Aunque muchos clientes prefieren usar los soportes horizontales en posición vertical, este no es el uso previsto, por lo que no lo garantizamos. Algunos clientes han notado que la base del soporte les impide usarlo cómodamente, mientras que otros no han tenido ningún problema. Como siempre buscamos la completa satisfacción, simplemente indicamos que el soporte se usa en posición horizontal, mientras que la orientación vertical es para almacenamiento. En definitiva, puede usar el soporte como desee. Tenga en cuenta que todos los demás soportes horizontales que ofrece la competencia son copias exactas de nuestro diseño original y funcionan de la misma manera que los nuestros. Si anuncian que el soporte se puede usar en posición vertical, no funcionará de forma diferente al nuestro y la respuesta anterior también se aplicará a su soporte.
